Data we process

Syncora Lab processes two categories of data: information about the partner and its operators (account and authentication data, audit logs, configuration) and player-related data ingested from the partner's casino platform or PAM (identifiers, events, balances, KYC/VIP/risk state, and messaging interactions).

How we use data

Partner data is used to operate the CRM, journeys, bonus, gamification, messaging, analytics, and developer surfaces of the platform. Player data is processed on behalf of, and under instructions from, the partner operator.

Partner-controlled player data

The partner operator is the controller of its player data. Syncora acts as processor for that data and follows the partner's documented instructions. Data subject requests should be raised with the partner operator in the first instance.

Cookies and analytics

The public site uses essential cookies to serve the application. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used where enabled and disclosed on the Cookie Policy page.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as required to operate the service for the partner, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and support audit trails. Retention windows are configurable per partner where applicable.
