Use of the platform
Syncora Lab provides CRM, gamification, bonus orchestration, messaging, and developer API infrastructure for iGaming operators. Access to the platform is granted only to authorized partners and their designated operators, subject to these terms and any separate written agreement between the parties.
Account access
Partners are responsible for their operator accounts, credentials, API keys, and the actions taken through them. Credentials must be kept confidential and rotated when they may be compromised. Partners must promptly notify Syncora of any suspected unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to violate applicable laws or regulations, to interfere with the platform's operation or security, or to process data outside the scope of the partner's authorised business purposes. Reverse engineering, scraping, and abuse of rate limits are prohibited.
Partner data
Player and operational data ingested into Syncora is processed on behalf of the partner. Partners remain responsible for the lawful basis of processing and for any regulator-specific obligations that apply to that data.
Service availability
Syncora targets high availability for the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, incident response, and third-party provider issues may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syncora Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited as set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
